DYLMIC is a pioneering international project that adapts and integrates two globally recognized methodologies—Design Your Life (DYL) and Business Model You (BMY)—into the context of individualized career and education planning within European higher education. Responding to the growing gap between academic study and labor market needs, the project equips students with the tools to reflect on personal interests, map career paths, and design purposeful academic journeys.

Simultaneously, it empowers teachers, career offices, and university leaders to transform curricula and support systems, ensuring student-centered, future-proof education. DYLMIC offers structured processes, practical toolkits, and validated methodologies ready for use across disciplines.
